Purpose
? Function responsible for supporting project manager performing IFS tasks.
? Responsible for supporting the project team in regards to scheduling, project follow up, logistic issues and supplier contacts.
Interrelations
Reporting to General Manager, HVAC Marine Newbuilding, China
Main working areas & responsibilities
? Support the project team with IFS task
? Support the project team with project follow up
? Support the project team with cost and revenue control
? Support the project team with issuing of invoices and PO′s
? Support the project team with general planning
? Support the project team with claim handling
? General administration towards management
? Any other duty assigned by line manager
Qualifications
Mandatory requirements
? Good command of spoken and written English, and computer literacy
? Knowledge in Finance & Logistics processing
? An outgoing personality with good communication skills
? Ability to work & learn on own initiative and in a team
? Systematic, organised and accurate
? Positive

? Good knowledge of Marine products
? Ability to understand technical specifications and communication with internal & external customer and other staff
