一、主要职责/Main responsibilities：
1）开展船舶设备市场营销工作，开发新客户;
Conduct marine & offshore equipments sales and marketing, develop new
customers
2）进行经营信息的收集、组织经营项目的洽谈和报价工作；
Conduct marketing info collection, organize budgetary quote with engineer
3）及时了解行业商机动态，收集并分析市场信息；
To understand marine fiield trend, collect and analize market info.
4）对客户进行管理和关系维护；
To follow up and maintain customers regularly.
5）协助销售经理审核招投标文件、报价文件和合同文件管理；
Coordinate with sales manager to prepare bid documents and contract managment
6）贯彻制定市场经营计划、销售策略和品牌推广等；
Conduct sales promotion plan, sales strategic and marketing activities
7）制定和执行市场部相关政策和方案；
Prepare and follow sales and marketing policy
二、岗位要求/Position requirement：
1）大专以上学历；
Min. colleague degree
2）热爱销售工作并有一定工作经验，能吃苦耐劳；
Love sales jobs and with min. 1 year experience, hard working.
3）具备一定的船舶机电专业知识，具备较好的英语交流能力；
With necessary marine & offshore knowledge, good English level.
4）具有较强的市场洞察及业务分析能力和学习能力；
With necessary marketing knowledge and \\\"can learn\\\" ability
5）具备独立工作能力，责任心强，有良好的团队合作精神，能够严格执行公司各项制度。
With necessary independtant work ability, good team player, follow company policy
6）有船舶轮机或空调通风相关专业背景更佳。
