副司钻/Assistant Driller

资格要求

副司钻必须至少有过副司钻工作经验，并接受过司钻培训，至少有3年副司钻工作经验和2年井架工工作经验。在进入该职位之前，必须有文件证明该人员具有钻井操作的所有方面的经验。

副司钻应操作过网络钻井设备。DP船的钻井作业将是有利的。

必须持有有效的井控证书（IWCF海底钻工水平仪）。

须持有有效健康证明，并经有关部门合法注册为助理司钻。必须具备良好的英语口语和书写能力。必须持有有效的海上生存证书。

职责/活动

副司钻的全部职责包括（但不一定限于）以下内容:

·按照上级领导的指示进行工作;

·熟悉整个泥浆系统，安全操作和正确维护;

·熟悉排管系统的安全操作和维护;

·熟悉脱管作业，熟悉如何安全操作和操作所有钻井相关工具和设备;

·熟悉所有已建立的井控程序;

·熟悉所有已建立的钻井操作程序;

·熟悉防喷器的运行和测试，以及如何操作防喷器和转向器系统;

·懂得如何填写每日钻井报告;

·熟悉吨-英里计算，并做好钻井线记录;

·确保遵守所有适用的安全法规;

·确保所有下属使用正确的个人防护装备;

·积极开展安全工作分析和工具箱谈话;

·履行其主管合理指定的任何具体职责。

·   Work as directed by his/her immediate superior;

·   Familiarize him/herself with the entire mud system, the safe operation and proper maintenance of same;

·   Be familiar with the safe operation and maintenance of the pipe-racking system;

·   Be familiar with the pipe tripping operations and how to safely handle and operate all drilling related tools and equipment;

·   Familiarize him/herself with all established well control procedures;

·   Familiarize him/herself with all established drilling operational procedures;

·   Familiarize him/herself with the running and testing of the BOP and how to operate the same and the diverter system;

·   Know how to fill in the daily drilling report;

·   Familiarize him/herself with Ton-Mile Calculation and keep record for drilling line;

·   Ensure that all applicable safety regulations are complied with;

·   Shall ensure that all his/her subordinates use correct personal protective equipment;

·   Shall ensure that Safe Job analysis and toolbox talks are employed proactively;

·   Perform any specific duties as so reasonably designated by his/her supervisor.
