Responsible for:
Supervision and coordination of the M & P design, analysis and drafting. With the experience of concept design, FEED, detail design and project management. Rich performance experience of marine system diagram design and engineering. To support the marketing activity.
Main tasks:
·Monitor mechanical and piping design engineering and drafting to ensure fit for purpose design in accordance with BUYER, CLASSIFICATION SOCIETY and BUILDER requirements.
·Monitor M&P manpower requirements against project schedule and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Monitor and report progress.
·Coordinate transfer of M&P design data to general, structure, E&I, and procurement/estimating groups.
·Coordinate machinery space arrangement in GA.
·Perform system diagram design such as Fuel Oil Transfer And Purification, Fuel Oil Supply, Dirty Oil Drain SW Cooling, Marine Growth Protection, FW Cooling, Cooling System,, CCR, Elec. Equipment Room & Instrument, Control Air For Pneumatic Fire, Exhaust Piping, Ballast and Bilge, High Pressure Water Clean, Fresh Water Service, Sanitary Water (Hot & Cold)and Discharge, Sewage Treatment , Oxygen And Acetylene, Fire Hydrant for Hull and Topside Platforms and etc.( Key execution experience required)
·Perform or supervise Calculation of Machinery Equipment.
·Perform or coordinate preparation of Machinery Arrangement.
·Coordinate cargo (including cargo process) system study.
·Coordinate preparation of machinery equipments purchasing order specification.
·Coordinate the machinery equipment technical negotiation with the supplier and signature TA.
·Coordinate marine systems and the interface to cargo systems.
Preparation of Material Take-off quantities for pipes, valves and other accessories.
