For E&I were looking for experienced project engineers (package responsible engineers) with at least:
5 years of experience in similar field - as project engineer is oil and gas / off shore / onshore projects
Degree as Electrical / Instrumentation / Automation engineer
Fluency in spoken and written English
Being able to read P&IDs
Package responsibilities:
Experience in electrical design related to liquid cargo systems
Defining critical equipment
Preparation Engineering for Procurement package - technical specifications / datasheets / Supplier Document Lists/
Quotations technical evaluation, facilitating the clarification meetings with the suppliers
Following up suppliers through whole product manufacturing cycle, being the first point of contact with regards to technical queries and equipment potential issue
Vendor documentation management, reviev/comment/approve; to make sure that technical information is distributed between all relevant engineering disciplines
Participating in FATs and all necessary inspections on Supplier’s premises
E&I equipment that we work on:
•Motors
•VFD
•MCC /Switchgear
•El. cabinets
•Cargo Handling Control System
•Instrument lockers and panels (Deck/Reliq)
•Pressure Instruments Electric (Deck/Reliq)
•Pressure Gauges (Deck/Reliq)
•Temp. Instruments Electric (Usually 3-wire PT100)(Deck/Reliq)
•Thermometers (Deck/Reliq)
•Level Instruments Magnetic (Usually for vessels in the reliqs and glycol tanks)
•Level Switches float type (Vent masts, hold spaces, reliq vessels)
•Flow Switches for Reliqs
•Flow Indicators for Reliqs
•Flowmeters
•Cargo Tanks Monitoring System either as package or seperately:
•ESD unit
•High Level and Overfill Alarm System
•Fire and Gas Detection System
•Lighting/Junction boxes
•Gas Analysers
Knowledge about E&I equipment in hazardous areas
Knowledge about Safety Integrity Levels
Being familir with international standards such as EC/ANSI and class standards (DNV, LR etc)
