Who you are:
This position will be responsible for sales of Alfa Laval Marine boiler, scrubber ,IGG/IGS,GCU,S&T heater exchange, electrical heater service/repair and new machine and new technology for upgrading to ship management company, ship owner, repair shipyard, and etc.
About the job:
To develop and maintain customers, search and collect market information in marine business, understand the customer needs and provide solutions;
To promote AL’s service & repair products, and new service/technology offering to ship owner/ship management company and other customer in marine & diesel industry;
Define sales strategy, profit margin increase with the manager;
Sell AL products via channel or directly to customer ;
Coordinate with technical team/inside sales for daily business and towards the solution;
Dig the potential buying customer, expand market coverage, visit both key customer and small customer, go wider and deep.
Manage the customer payment situation, chase AR.
Maintain the customer database
What you know:
Knowledge:
5+ years experience with technical background in marine;
Bachelor degree or above, major in Marine engineering.
Skills:
Fluent written and spoken English;
Good interpersonal communication.
Good command of PC skills.
Good understanding of marine equipment, such as , boiler, scrubber ,IGG/IGS,GCU,S&T heater exchange, electrical heater, etc; technical background is preference.
Cross-cultural awareness.
Customer service oriented.
Commercial skill is essential.
