岗位职责：
- 发动机调试工作
负责二冲程主机（涵盖 Everllence、MAN B&W 以及 HD-Hyundai Marine Engine 等品牌产品）的调试任务。
Commissioning works on 2-Stroke Main Engine (Everllence, MAN B&W,HD-Hyundai Marine Engine products ).
- 运营船舶发动机维护工作
针对安装在运营船舶上的 HD-Hyundai Marine Engine 发动机产品，开展全面的检查、故障排除与维护工作。
Inspection, troubleshooting, and service works for HD-Hyundai Marine Engine products installed onboard operating vessels.
- 国内发动机维修与备件管理
负责国内范围内发动机的维修工作，涵盖故障诊断、零部件更换、性能调试等全流程，确保维修后的发动机达到规定的性能标准与安全要求。
Repair works and spare parts handling at local service bases or workshops in China.
应聘要求：
- 语言能力：具备出色的英语书面及口语表达能力，交流流畅无障碍。
Good command of spoken and written English.

Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- 出差意愿：认同出差工作模式，在业务需要时，愿意频繁前往中国境内各地以及海外地区出差。
Willingness to travel frequently within China and overseas if required.
- 工作经验：拥有至少 3 年海事行业相关工作经验，熟悉行业运作流程与规范
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the marine industry.
机械工程师
- 经验侧重：在招聘评估中，将优先考虑具备船舶发动机、机械系统或与之紧密相关系统设计、研发、维护等实操经验的候选人。
For Mechanical Engineer: Experience in marine engines, machinery, or related systems is preferred.
电气工程师
- 经验侧重：优先考虑在发动机控制系统开发、自动化技术应用或电气系统集成等领域拥有丰富经验的应聘者。
For Electrical Engineer: Experience in engine control systems, automation, or electrical systems is preferred.
具备二冲程船用发动机相关经验
- 若应聘者具备二冲程船用发动机的设计研发、安装调试、维护保养、故障诊断与排除等任意环节或多个环节的实操经验，在本次招聘中将会获得优先考虑。
Experience with two-stroke marine engines is an advantage.
