岗位职责Responsibilities
1 负责船舶设备开发与设计，主要从事舵及设备结构设计，具备船体结构知识者优先。 Develop and design ship-equipment, major job in rudder and equipment structure, hull structure knowledgeable is preferred. 2 绘制详细设计图纸，编制并审核技术文件，包括设计手册、装配说明书及维护指南。 Create detailed design drawings, prepare and review technical documentation, including design manuals, assembly instructions, and maintenance guides. 3 为生产阶段提供技术支持，解决设计相关问题并提出改进建议。 Provide technical support during the production phase, troubleshooting design-related issues, and suggesting improvements. 4 与总部设计、生产等其他部门协作，确保设计满足各项要求。 Collaborate with other departments such as HQ design and production to ensure designs meet requirements. 5 评估并选用材料及零部件，保证设备质量与耐用性。 Evaluate and select materials and components to ensure equipment quality and durability.
任职要求Requirements
1 船舶工程、机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 Bachelor’s degree in shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, or a related field. 2 具备可证实的船舶或海事结构设计经验，至少5年。 Demonstrable experience in ship or maritime structure design at least 5 years. 3 熟练掌握CAD软件（三维及二维CAD软件，优先SolidWorks）及其他相关设计工具。 Proficiency in CAD software [3D-CAD and 2D-CAD software. (SolidWorks preferred)] and other relevant design tools. 4 熟悉船舶建造规范、准则与标准。 Understanding of shipbuilding norms, guidelines, and standards. 5 具备分析思维及复杂问题解决能力。 Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for complex issues. 6 具备团队合作精神与良好沟通能力，能高效跨部门协作。 Teamwork and good communication skills to collaborate effectively with different departments. 7 具备创造力与创新精神，能够开发新的解决方案与设计。 Creativity and innovation to develop new solutions and designs. 8 注重细节，工作严谨细致，最大限度减少差错。 Attention to detail and meticulous work ethic to minimize errors. 9 英语能力优秀（必须），具备德语能力者优先（非必需）。 Excellent English language skills. (German language skills will be a plus but not a must)
