大连计仪船舶工程有限公司（原大连船舶重工集团电气有限公司）坐落于风景秀丽、气候宜人、交通便利的大连开发区中心工业区，正式成立于2007年9月30日，由天津市计仪自动化工程有限公司与大连船舶重工集团有限公司共同出资注册的新公司。凭借大连经济技术开发区优越的投资环境和良好的投资政策，采用先进技术和生产设备以及科学的管理方法，公司主要在海洋工程、船舶产品及军工产品制造等领域从事工业自动化系统、电气、仪表、机械设备及管道等方面的设计、开发、制造、销售（自产产品），系统集成、安装、施工、调试及维护等。公司还研发了拥有自主知识产权的自动控制系统与电气盘柜等成套产品，广泛应用于钻井平台上，并争取将海洋工程及民用船舶电气新产品做大！做强！
