Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Offshore wind farm Electrical Supervisor for our project in Penglai area. The ideal candidate is someone with strong leadership an d teambuilding skills, with a passion for innovation and ability to solve problems.
Job Description:
give guidance to the subcontracted partiesinvolved in installation and finishing;
check of proper electrical installations in termsof quality and timeline;
initiate corrective actions aimed to eliminatedefects and to be executed by the subcontractor;
control of correctness and completeness of siterelated reports;
collect and forward technical specifications;
report the status of site activities;
execution of the quality check on site includingreporting;
active participation at the site meeting on site(toolbox talk);
notification of defective or missing parts to thesite manager with the purpose of replacement of these parts;
maximum utilization of production capacity, through proper planning of tasks for employees;
compliance with regulations and control of health and safety conditions and fire regulations;
supervision over the intended use of entrusted tools and production materials;
Requirements:
Education in technical school;
Qualification of electrician;
Experience in the offshore wind farm industry
Experience in managing the production team
Good knowledge of English language
Decision-making skills and good organization of work
