Main Accountabilities 1.Implements Service sales strategy Penetrates IB, promotes various upgrade, retrofit and value add solutions to the benefit of the customer and Accelleron. 2. Understands the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices and prepares sales plans, reviews them and proposes recovery plan(s). Utilizes 3. ServIS to understand the existing installed base (IB) and identifies and develops sales opportunities for Service products and solutions to penetrate the existing IB/new IBs in the market. 4. Generates Service sales leads and develops new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying, and exploring potential new service portfolios. 5. Establishes long term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and applicable regulations and demonstrating in-depth technical service product/solutions knowledge to promote Life Cycle Management (LCM). 6. Registers customer feedback and ensures customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Sells entire service product portfolio to expand Accelleron footprint in the designated area(s). customer need. 7. Communicates contract details in accordance with Accelleron offering and strategy Manages administrative sales processes. solutions during marketing activities (trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings). 8. Contributes to risk assessments related to price and quality Registers required information into the appropriate customer database Ensures technical reliability, safety and cost-effective needs Complies with health and safety directives. Challenges Develop new customers, especially in relatively mature markets, developing hard nut customers. Knowledge , Skill and Experience 1. Proficient in using office software; good English skills, able to communicate normally in writing or speaking; 2. Meticulous in work, good at communication; 3. Possess certain sales abilities and skills. 4. More than 2 years of service sales experience, with more than 2 years of on-site service experience is a plus.
