Your main responsibilities are

• Responsible for the successful coordination relating to 2-Stroke field service jobs.

• Close cooperating with Resource Managers assigning engineers to jobs.

• Acting as key contact person for the customer during the work order, interact with relevant internal stakeholders.

• Liaising with customers to coordinate detailed schedules, parts, tools, authorizations and permits, and to formalize service bookings.

• Taking responsibility for briefing and debriefing of the engineers before and after the jobs.

• Raising Technical Request when applicable;

• Implement service follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and obtaining feedback, maintaining service KPI's.

• Continuously stay up to date with company policies and guidelines.

You will shine in this role when you have:

• safety first mindset, and first time right mindset.

• Technical background in Marine Engineering, preferably field service experience in 2-Stroke engines.

• Customer interest focused, commitment to deliver qualified services to customers' expectation;

• Proven team work skill, and ability to reschedule/replanning in constantly dynamic situation.

• Good cost awareness.

• Good communication skill, fluent in both Mandarin and English.

• College degree or above.
