Service Engineer, Shanghai

The company

Framo Shanghai Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Framo AS, a leading manufacturer of Framo Submerged Cargo Pumping Systems in Norway. Framo AS also manufactures pumping equipment of the highest quality for the marine and offshore oil and gas industries, and is globally positioned to serve customers all over the world.

The Position

Service engineer.

Responsibilities

1.      Commissioning works on Framo equipment and systems.

2.      Inspection and service works of Framo systems installed onboard sailing ships.

3.      Repair works, spare parts handling at Framo workshop in Shanghai.

4.      Other after-sales activities.

Requirements

1.    Good command of spoken and written English.

2.    Good skills in communications with customers.

3.    Good in teamwork.

4.    Willing to travel frequently.

5.    At least 5 years working experience in the marine industry. Engineer with experience in working on oil/chemical tankers with Framo System is preferred.
