Job Purpose / 职位目的

To design, install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems on board vessels, ensuring compliance with international marine standards and supporting ship operations safely and efficiently.
负责船舶电气系统的设计、安装、故障排查和维护，确保符合国际海事标准并保障船舶的安全高效运行。

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

• Design and develop electrical systems for marine systems(HVAC system)
  为船舶系统设计并开发电气系统(HVAC系统）

• Prepare electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
  编制电气图纸、接线图及技术文件

• Supervise installation and commissioning of electrical equipment onboard
  监督船上电气设备的安装和调试

• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of shipboard electrical systems
  对船上电气系统进行故障排查和维护

• Ensure compliance with IMO, IEC, ABS, DNV and other relevant standards
  确保符合IMO、IEC、ABS、DNV等相关标准

• Coordinate with shipyards, classification societies, and vendors
  与船厂、船级社及供应商进行协调

• Support sea trials and provide technical support during operations
  支持海试并在运营期间提供技术支持

Requirements / 任职要求

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field
  电气工程、船舶工程或相关专业本科及以上学历

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in marine or offshore industry
  至少3年海事或海工行业相关工作经验

• Familiarity with shipboard systems: power distribution, automation, navigation, etc.
  熟悉船用系统，如电力分配、自动化、导航等

• Good understanding of marine classification standards and electrical safety codes
  熟悉海事船级标准及电气安全规范

• Proficient in AutoCAD, EPLAN, or other electrical design software
  熟练使用AutoCAD、EPLAN等电气设计软件

• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work on-site or offshore if needed
  具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能接受现场或海上工作

Preferred / 加分项

• Experience with HVAC systems 
  有HVAC系统经验者优先

• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA or other automation systems
  熟悉PLC、SCADA等自动化系统优先

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  英语书写和口语流利者优先
