Key Accountabilities:

1.     Noise and Vibration Assessment / 噪声与振动评估: 
- Conduct noise and vibration measurements and assessments on board maritime vessels during sea trials and inspections / 在海上试航和检验期间，对船舶进行噪声和振动测量及评估

- Collect and analyze noise and vibration data from various areas of the vessel, including engine rooms, living quarters, and common spaces /从船舶的各个区域（包括机舱、生活舱室和公共区域）采集并分析噪声和振动数据

- Interpret data to identify noise and vibration sources, potential issues, and areas for improvement /  解读数据，识别噪声和振动源、潜在问题以及可改进的领域

2.     Compliance Verification / 合规性验证: 
- Ensure that vessels meet relevant noise and vibration standards and regulations, such as those established by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), RINA and other industry bodies / 确保船舶符合相关噪声和振动标准及法规，例如国际海事组织（IMO）、RINA 以及其他行业机构制定的标准和法规.

3.     Review and Analyze International Regulations / 审查并分析国际法规:
- Stay updated with international regulations, codes, and guidelines related to marine structural integrity, including those issued by the IMO, IACS (International Association of Classification Societies), and other relevant authorities. /持续关注与船舶结构完整性相关的国际法规、规范和指南，包括由国际海事组织（IMO）、国际船级社协会（IACS，International Association of Classification Societies）及其他相关主管机构发布的文件

4.     Develop Internal Rules and Guidelines / 制定内部规则和指南:
- Support the Managing Engineers to formulate internal rules, guidelines, and standards for noise and vibration control to address the unique needs of the RINA clients. / 支持管理工程师制定噪声与振动控制方面的内部规则、指南和标准，以满足 RINA 客户的独特需求。

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of noise and vibration requirements into the classification process. / 与其他部门协作，确保将噪声与振动要求无缝整合到船级认证流程中。

Qualifications：

 - At least 10 years of relevant experience in marine noise and vibration assessments, with a focus on sea trials, vessel inspections, and data analysis related to noise and vibration sources on board maritime vessels. / 在船舶噪声与振动评估方面拥有至少10年的相关经验，重点涉及海试、船舶检查，以及与海事船舶船上噪声和振动源相关的数据分析。
