Responsibilities：

1.To chair HAZID, HAZOP, SIL workshops etc., develop knowledge in the development of risk assessment & safety studies, such as quantitative risk assessments (ORA), FEMA, escape, evacuation and rescue analyses (BERA), fire and explosion risk assessments and consequence analysis for both marine and offshore facilities.

2.Risk Assessment Project Management activities for local clients. Frequently communicate with clients in a clear, concise, and professional manner, presenting a professional company image to clients by email, phone, and in person, and identifying where additional services may be offered. Manage the entire lifecycle of projects according to BVS internal Project Management Professional processes.

3.Write and support project proposals, budget development, and defining scopes of work. Manage deviations from scope with clients through clear communication over the phone and by email.

4.Experience in using the following software tools: PHAST, FLACS, PHA-Pro preferred.

5.Comply with the requirements of the HSE management system;

6.Any other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager

Requirements：

1.At least 5 years’ experience in the marine and offshore industry with preferably an engineering background.

2.Strong technical knowledge of ship equipment, machinery, cargo related equipment for Gas/chemical carriers, and good knowledge in operation, process and maintenance of marine and offshore assets.

3.Prior risk assessment facilitation and project management experience is preferrable; however, training will be provided.

4.Experience with Safety studies and Risk assessments, e.g.. HAZOP, HAZID, SIL classification and verification,  FMECA, QRA, RAM assessment modelling.

5.Familiar with classification rules and statutory such as IGF, IGC, IMO etc.

6.Proficient in gas-related process engineering

7.Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

8.Good team player Ability to work efficiency to deadlines, under pressure and in situations of uncertainty
