Responsibilities｜岗位职责

1)Auditing and qualification of new manufacturing partners according to BMS standards and processes.

依据BMS标准与流程，对新增生产合作方进行审核与资质评定。

2)Surveillance of production and inspection processes at manufacturing partners.

监督合作厂商的生产及检验工艺流程。

3)Performing Factory Acceptance Tests and inspections in line with project schedules and acting as interface partner to customer representatives with the objective to assure on-time and on-quality deliveries.

依照项目进度实施工厂验收测试与检验，对接客户代表，保障产品保质保量按期交付。

4)Instruct and enable manufacturing partners in improvement activities related to BMS products and targets. 

指导并协助合作厂商开展BMS产品相关改进工作，达成各项管控目标。

5)Full authority to accept or reject BMS products at manufacturing partners at every stage of production to ensure BMS objectives

全权在合作厂商各生产阶段判定BMS产品的收样或拒收，落实BMS管控要求。

6)Evaluation and decision-making to nonconformance in cooperation with BMS headquarter. 

协同BMS总部对不合格品开展评审并制定处置方案。

7)Initiate and follow up delivery and quality problem solving to reduce risks systematically.

牵头跟进交付与质量问题整改，系统性降低供货风险。

3. Requirements｜任职要求

1)Must have at least 5-10 years working knowledge in Marine/Offshore working environments. Ideally as technical superintendent or surveyor for a shipping or shipbuilding company

具备5至10年船舶/海工行业相关工作经验，有船企、航运公司轮机主管或验船师从业经历优先。

2)Experiences to control manufacturing processes (cutting, bending, welding and machining)

拥有下料、折弯、焊接、机加工等生产工艺管控相关经验。

3)Shipbuilding related science & engineering disciplines, college diploma or above.

船舶工程类理工科,大专及以上学历。

4)Additional qualifications in quality management/control and welding technologies preferred

持有质量管理、焊接技术相关资质证书者优先。

5)Clear communication skills with all levels of management and employees

能够和各级管理人员及一线员工顺畅沟通。
