2026年7月21日，SEPAT FPSO钢板切割仪式在江苏南通通州湾长风船厂顺利举行。来自马来西亚国家石油PETRONAS Carigali（PCSB）、OceanSTAR Elite（OSE）、CM Energy（CMET）、招商重工海门基地（CMHI）、法国船级社（BV）、南通长风（NTSW）及其他项目相关方的代表共同出席仪式，见证这一重要里程碑。
SEPAT FPSO是马来西亚登嘉楼近海PM313区块Sepat综合再开发项目的核心海上生产设施。该新建浮式生产储卸油装置设计使用寿命为20年，原油处理能力为每天25,000桶，原油储存能力超过450,000桶。
首块钢板按计划顺利切割，标志着SEPAT FPSO项目正式从工程设计阶段迈入实体建造阶段。
这一里程碑的实现，充分体现了PCSB、BV、CMHI、NTSW、CM Energy、OSE项目团队及各参与方之间的紧密协作与共同投入。
从工程图纸到首块钢板切割，SEPAT FPSO正逐步从蓝图走向现实。OSE将继续与客户及合作伙伴紧密协作，充分发挥工程技术与项目执行能力，高质量推进项目建设，为全球海洋能源行业的可持续发展贡献力量。
On 21 July 2026, the Steel Cutting Ceremony for the SEPAT FPSO was successfully held at Nantong Strongwind Shipyard in Tongzhou Bay, Nantong, China.
Representatives from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd. (“PCSB”), OceanSTAR Elite (“OSE”), CM Energy (“CMET”), China Merchants Heavy Industry Haimen Base (“CMHI”), Bureau Veritas (“BV”), Nantong Strongwind (“NTSW”) and other project stakeholders attended the ceremony.
The SEPAT FPSO is a key offshore production facility for the Sepat Integrated Redevelopment Project in Block PM313, offshore Terengganu, Malaysia. The newbuild FPSO is designed for a 20-year service life, with an oil processing capacity of 25,000 barrels per day and crude oil storage exceeding 450,000 barrels.
The first steel cut marks the project’s formal transition from engineering and design into physical construction.
This milestone reflects the close collaboration and commitment of PCSB, OSE, CMET, CMHI, BV, NTSW and the wider project team.
OSE will continue working closely with its partners to deliver the SEPAT FPSO safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.
