Primary Objectives
Ø Daily routine of paper work for current and potential projects;
Ø Maintaining and strengthening relationship with existing clients;
Ø Monitoring and Analyze business-related market;
Ø Assist Manager’s work when in need.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ø Monitor and analyze market & sales intelligence;
Ø Plan, organize and execute marketing and sales program and campaigns;
Ø Organize & participate marketing events, trade fairs and other marketing activities;
Ø Develop visit plans and execute visits to existing and potential clients;
Ø Develop and maintain relationship with third parties for win-win cooperation;
Ø Track marketing and sales performance of the company;
Ø Act as entry point for existing and potential clients and partners for identify and resolve their concerns;
Ø Service as market information sources to the company by giving market forecast and feedback, share best practices;
Qualifications and Requirements
Ø College or above degree, major in engineering, or business administration; Ø 2 year or above practical and proven experience at shipyard or in maritime field; Ø Good command of English and Chinese languages, preferable more language abilities; Ø Good at CAD and MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Project; Ø Strong interpersonal and communication skills;; Ø Willing to frequent travel domestically and internationally; Ø Willing to work at a flexible time span and schedule; Ø Open-minded, self-motivated, wiling-to-learn and team spirit.
