岗位职责 Responsibilities
1. 积极开拓新市场、发展新客户，同时维护并深化现有客户关系。 Actively expand and develop new markets and customers while maintaining and deepening existing customer relationships.
2. 为客户提供专业的技术咨询与解决方案，确保客户满意度。 Provide customers with professional technical consultation and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. 编制销售报告及市场分析，为销售策略提供数据支持。 Prepare sales reports and marketing analysis to provide data support for sales strategies.
4. 完成销售目标，与团队协作助力业务增长。 Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth in collaboration with the team.
5. 配合技术团队收集市场反馈，推动产品改进与创新。 Collaborate with technical team to collect market feedback and drive product improvement and innovation.
6. 支持项目团队与服务团队高效执行项目。 Support project team and service team to execute the project efficiently.
7. 参与国内外海事展会及技术研讨会，提升公司品牌知名度。 Participate in domestic and foreign maritime exhibitions and technical seminars to enhance the company’s brand awareness.
任职要求 Requirements
1. 机械工程、船舶相关专业本科学历优先。 Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or marine field is preferred.
2. 有海事、造船或制造行业经验者优先。 Preferably with experiences in Marine Industry, Shipbuilding Industry or Manufacturing Industry.
3. 具备良好的销售及市场开拓能力，拥有3-5年销售经验。 Good selling and marketing skills, with 3-5 years of Sales experiences.
4. 英语口语及书面能力扎实，会德语者优先。 Solid practical English skills in spoken and written, speaking German is a plus.
5. 具备良好的沟通与理解能力。 Good communication and comprehension ability.
6. 能够独立进行商务出差。 Able to perform business travel independently.
7. 具备团队合作精神。 Team player.
