Role Overview
As Senior Accountant in China, you will lead PRC outsourced accountants and work with group accounting team for two NACOS China entities accounting routines. This is a critical position in both group accounting team and also China entity management.
You will report directly to Finance Manager, Asia but also work closely with the all the departments and business management team in China.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage general ledger and accounts receivable booking for two NACOS China entities
· Analysis and Correct booking on China/Asia Inventory per IFRS/PRC GAAP
· PRC two entities cash liquidation analysis and cash liquidation management on OEM business
· Key contact window from China for IG related accounting inquiries and booking reconciliation
· Supervise outsourced accountants on accounts payable, cash/treasury management process, work with business control team on business level accounting booking/adjustment, work with group accounting shared-service centre for corporate level booking, and ensuring correctness of local company’s financial situation and tax position, including Profit & Loss Statement and Balance sheet
· Review monthly/quarterly tax filing paper prepared by out-sourced accountant, Manage tax-related matters with the support from out-sourced accounting firm and tax agencies.
· Liaise with annual statutory audit, support Finance controller on China entity internal control policy, work with country MD on local compliance with relevant laws, regulations in China
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance. CPA, CTA, PRC accounting professional certifications is preferred.
3+ years working experience in accounting and China tax area, andfamiliar with PRC & IFRS GAAP
Strong analytical thinking capability and excellent communicationskills in English both oral and written.
Familiar with Dynmics365 is preferred.
Able to work in a global matrix organization and are flexible to fitand act in a fast changing organizational environment

Work Environment & Team
· Full-time position in Shanghai, China
· Travel frequency: 20%
