The role supports the alignment of marine operations with internal quality standards and international regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of quality excellence across all marine service lines. Key Accountabilities： 1. Monitor and evaluate the qualification status of surveyors, identifying training needs and coordinating qualification programs to ensure technical competence. / 监控并评估验船师（Surveyor）的资质状态，识别培训需求，并协调相关资格认证项目，确保其技术能力符合要求。 5. Above Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Engineering or a related discipline. / /船舶与海洋工程（Naval Engineering）或相关专业本科及以上学历。 2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in the marine classification or inspection industry, with a focus on quality management and compliance. / 具有至少5年以上船级社、海事检验或相关行业工作经验，其中应包括质量管理和合规管理相关经验。 3.
