岗位职责

1. 协助拖航与安装经理管理拖航与安装的整体筹备及执行工作。

2. 负责拖航与安装准备阶段的工程工作管理。

3. 管理与工作相关的接口事宜。

4. 协助当地合规经理与分包商共同筹备当地合规文件及许可证计划。

5. 协助物流经理制定用于部署系泊设备筹备工作的物流计划。

6. 跟进拖航与安装工作的进度。

岗位要求

1. 语言能力：英语流利。

2. 工作经验

• 优先考虑至少参与过 1 个国际海上项目的人员。

• 优先考虑至少参与过 1 个系泊系统安装项目的人员。

• 优先考虑有接口管理或项目工程师经验的人员。

3. 技能与资质

• 熟练使用微软办公软件。

• 对工程和商务领域有基本了解。

• 对拖航准备及执行工作有基本了解。

• 对系泊系统安装准备及执行工作有基本了解。

• 对物流、清关和政府审批流程有基本了解。

4. 软技能

• 与内部和外部沟通顺畅。

• 具备良好的国际项目思维意识和理解能力。

Job Description

1.        Support T&I manager to manager entire T&I preparation and execution work

2.        Towing & installation readiness engineering work management

3.        Interface management which is related with work

4.        Assist the local compliance manager to handle the preparation of local compliance and permit plan with Sub-contractor

5.        Assist the Logistic manager to make the logistic plan for the preparation of Spread mooring equipment

6.        Following up the progress of T&I work

Job Requirements

1.        Language: Fluent of English

2.        Working experience

n  Preference of min one (1) international offshore project

n  Preference of min one (1) installation of spread mooring project

n  Preference of interface management or Project Engineer experiences

3.        Skills and qualifications

n  Good at MS Office tools

n  Min understanding of engineering and commercial

n  Min understanding of Towing readiness & execution work

n  Min understanding of Spread mooring installation readiness & execution work

n  Min understanding of logistic, custom clearance and authority approval process

4.        Soft skills

n  Proficient of COMMUNICATION with internal / external party

n  Good sense / understanding of international project mindset
