Responsibilities：

The person will ensure that the proposed designs, our proposals and new products adhere to marine system requirements. Familiar with international and industrial best safe practice.

• Leading the marine system technology developing and marine system R&D.
• Issuing the patent and technical notes.
• Performing API, NFPA and class requirement compliance study.
• Preparation of Marine (hull) System UFD and P&ID with system & control description written in English.
• Preparation of Heat & Mass Balance report for cooling system, heating system.
• Manual Calculation to size the capacity of engine room equipment, utility equipment, safety/control valve, specialty items, line sizing and pump head etc.
• Preparation of drainage philosophy and marine system technical specifications.
• Gap Analysis against CLIENT’s requirement, CLASS Rule (& International regulation) and local authority requirement.
• Performing CLASS Rule and regulation compliance study.
• Able to do equipment type selection/piping material & thickness selection/valve selection/specialty item selection.
• Performing the FEED engineering verification.
• Performing the utility consumption analysis & balance
• Performing the marine system optimization study.
• Technical assisting the bidding project and R&D project.
• Technical assisting the construction engineering team, pre-com/commissioning team.
• 3D model review participation and assisting client’s comment closeout work.
• Preparation of marine system check off sheet.
• Reviewing and commenting on other discipline key drawing such as one line diagram, electric load analysis, hazardous area classification drawings, PFP drawings, D&ID etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in heat energy and power engineering (热能与动力工程) or Marine (system) Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Familiar with Class rule and international regulation such as SOLAS/ABS/DNVGL/BV/IGC/IGF/IGC EHS guideline and Class Notation related to LNG product
• Familiar with marine system in engine room
• Familiar with Dual Fuel Diesel Generator, Steam Boiler/Steam System
• Good understanding on pipe pressure drop calculation and flow distribution
• Having a FPSO or FLNG or FSRU etc Offshore EPC project experience
• Able to communicate in English
• In-depth experience at all levels of a project life cycle – from concept through design and operations to troubleshooting
• Full appreciation of marine risk assessment
• Strong technical ability in marine system engineering to identify and propose marine system improvements
