Main purpose of the job / Mission岗位 / 任务 目标:
Responsible for managing and developing sales of Alfa Laval MSH products by developing business channels (including wholesalers, distributors, agents)
Key tasks主要工作职责:
Responsibilities:
Formulate, implement and update the sales plan for MSH products and channels
Update and implement business channels agreements for appointed wholesalers and distributors independently.
Analyze the motivation, the buying behaviour and the function of Channel Partners way to the markets in order to support the channel to grow the sales.
Identify key factors to grow the sales at each channel and to motive the channel to prioritize Alfa Laval product sales.
Visit and train channels and make sure they have the right and relevant tools to achieve sales targets.
Provides oversight to the collection and reporting of channel management statistics, ensures efficient processes are in place to be easy to do business with.
Register all activities of channels in OneCRM system, and maintain data from Leads to close Quotes.
Technical and commercial support to Channels for all MSH products inquiries.
Maintain relationship with Domestics sailing owner, fishing vessels owner and Government vessel owner through channels.
Competencies, experience and attitudes to do the job 岗位所需技能、经验及态度:
Knowledge:
University education in engineering. Marine engineering will be a plus.
Skills:
Fluent written and spoken English (required)
Good at PC tools (required)
5+ years working experience in related area
Solid experiences in Channel sales and distributor management
Independent and situational
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Good negotiation skills
Good contacts & relationships with customers
Technical & commercial understanding, business-driven
Cross-cultural awareness
