Job Responsibilities:

1. Project and Contract planning: Responsible for setting and planning the objectives, scope, schedule, budget and resource requirements of projects and contracts. Ensure the project and contract planning meets organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.

2.Project and contract execution: planning, starting, executing, controlling and closing to ensure the realization of project objectives; Responsible for monitoring project/contract execution to ensure that the project is carried out according to the specified schedule, cost and quality standards.

3.Communication and coordination: effective communication and coordination with project/contract team, stakeholders and upper management, timely report project/contract progress and problems.

4.Risk management: Identify potential risks in the project/contract and develop a risk management plan to ensure the successful completion of the project/contract and minimize risks.

5. Quality management: Responsible for the development and implementation of project/contract quality management plan, to ensure that the project/contract delivery results meet the quality standards and customer expectations.

6. Cost management: Supervise the project/contract budget, ensure that the project/contract is carried out within the budget, and make timely response to the situation that exceeds the budget.

7. Problem solving: deal with the problems and challenges arising in the project/contract, develop solutions and promote the implementation.

8. Delivery and closure: ensure that the project/contract delivery meets the requirements, and supervise the smooth implementation of the ERP work of the project/contract.

9. Responsible for the marine skid project management and track project execution until the skid is completed and shipped to the designated location. Cooperate closely with relevant departments and communicate in a timely manner. Establish stable relationships with relevant organizations and clients to ensure the smooth completion of projects.
负责海橇项目管理，跟踪项目执行，直至橇完成并运至指定地点。与相关部门密切配合，及时沟通。与相关单位和客户建立稳定的关系，确保项目顺利完成。
10.Organized and held regular meetings of maritime projects and related meetings, recorded and followed up the contents of project meetings. Do the basic management of the project, organize the data, and ensure the accurate and timely transmission and feedback of documents, materials, data and other information.
组织召开海事项目例会及相关会议，记录并跟踪项目会议内容。做好项目的基础管理，整理数据，确保文件、资料、数据等信息的准确、及时传递和反馈。

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent, with instrument, electronic control and equipment expertise.

2.More than 6 years working experience in project management including project planning, start-up, execution, control and closure in manufacturing industry.Related experience in compressor, expander or pump industry are preferred.

3. Strong communication and coordination skills, keen market insight, proactive spirit, and strong sense of responsibility.

4.Good English in both spoken and written.

5. Excellent MS Office application, project management software and tools experience.
