Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Supports and develops growth plans for the given market and customer base. Based on the plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for client.

· Responsible for year on year bookings growth for equipment aligned with the overall company strategy.

· Based on the annual business plan and sales strategy for key accounts that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

· Coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

· Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

· Develops relationships across a broad range of disciplines in target accounts to support account development and growth.

· Responsible for presenting new product developments and business strategies to customer base within assigned market.

· Provides timely feedback to management regarding performance.

· Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

· Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.

· Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Education and Experience:
教育和经验:
· BS in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering strongly preferred.
机械工程或化学工程专业本科学历优先。
· 3-5 years of experience in sales management.

· Written & oral English are fluent.

· Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.

· Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
