Qualifications:
资质：
1.College degree or above, priority will be given to candidates majored in mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics, process equipment and control engineering or other related fields.
大专及以上学历，机械制造、机电一体化、过程装备与控制工程、电气工程等相关专业优先
2.3+ years of relevant work experience in mechanical assembly, priority will be given to those with experience in assembling pump products such as multi-stage centrifugal pumps, cryogenic pumps and chemical pumps.
3年以上机械装配相关工作经验，具有多级离心泵/低温泵/化工泵等泵类产品装配经验者优先。
3.Proficient in reading mechanical assembly drawings, part processing drawings and process flow charts, and understand technical requirements such as tolerance fit and geometric tolerance.
能够熟练读懂机械装配图纸、加工图纸及工艺流程图等，理解公差配合、形位公差等技术要求。
4.Properly use assembly tools and special equipment, strictly implement process parameters, and ensure assembly accuracy.
正确使用装配工具（如扭矩扳手、压力机、游标卡尺、千分尺等）与专用设备，严格执行工艺参数（如扭矩值、间隙公差、装配顺序），保证装配精度。
5.Strong practical assembly ability and quality identification ability, proficient in using common assembly and measuring tools, and familiar with the assembly process of pump products.
具备较强的装配实操能力与质量识别能力，熟练使用日常装配及测量用具，熟悉泵类产品的装配工艺。
6.Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and collaboration skills, and willing to learn new products and new processes.
